| The Education Section of the Division of Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes (CTMH) of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) have partnered with the Planned Development Committee of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar to present some of the Division’s most requested education topics. With knowledge from regulatory and legal perspectives, this is an opportunity to provide unit owners, board members, prospective buyers, and those in related fields, with an informative presentation where the Division’s jurisdiction is noted.
